Perkovich Law Office was formed in 1982 by D. M. Perkovich and Nancy Perkovich. The husband and wife team are both Certified
Family Law Specialist. Don and Nancy spent 25 years building the firm and
working together until Don's retirement in 2004. Upon graduating from U.C.
Davis School of Law in 2009, Julia joined the firm and took over Don's office
to carry on the family business.
The firm serves clients in Sacramento,Yolo and Placer County in family law matters.
Specifically, the firm specializes
in issues surrounding dissolution of marriage. Perkovich Law Offices offers a variety
of approaches to help people through the dissolution process in the manner
that best suits them, whether it be through litigation, collaborative process, mediation, structured settlements
or private judging. The firm does not handle high conflict or contested
child custody matters; however, does assist with mediated custody issues that arise
in the context of a dissolution. The firm's attorneys will also work with associated custody
counsel.
